About The Position

The Data Analytics Manager – Marketing is responsible for leading marketing analytics initiatives and delivering insights that drive client acquisition, engagement, and retention. Reporting to the Director of Data Analytics, this role partners closely with Marketing to translate complex data into actionable strategies and scalable reporting solutions. This position is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who excels at problem-solving and can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator across both technical and non-technical audiences, demonstrates strong time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably supporting marketing functions
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools)
  • Experience working with data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution, tracking frameworks (UTMs), and campaign measurement
  • Experience analyzing client acquisition, retention, lifecycle, and paid media performance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a multi-site or multi-location business environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing data using SQL to develop clear, actionable insights
  • Build and maintain Excel models and automated reporting solutions
  • Develop and manage Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance metrics
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and quality checks
  • Create standardized and ad hoc reports to support business decisions
  • Present insights, reports, and recommendations to leadership
  • Partner with Marketing to evaluate performance across channels and campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve client acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Analyze marketing funnels and customer behavior to drive conversion and lifetime value
  • Translate data findings into clear, strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate email and lifecycle marketing performance to improve targeting and engagement
  • Analyze SEO and website performance data (e.g., GA4, Search Console) to track traffic and user behavior
  • Monitor and optimize paid media performance across platforms to maximize ROI and efficiency
  • Work closely with Marketing, Analytics, and other stakeholders to align on reporting and insights
  • Support the development of executive-level presentations and materials
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all published reports
