The Strategic Finance Team is responsible for setting the strategic roadmap for the business through a data driven lens. As the Product Analytics within the greater organization, it’s our role to bridge the gap between complex datasets and real-world business impact, transforming raw numbers into the strategic insights that steer our company’s future. As an analytics manager you’ll mentor and grow a team of analysts to reach these lofty objectives.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience managing and leading a team of data professionals
6+ years of practical experience writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis; expert-level SQL skills.
Extensive experience (6+ years) in data analytics, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
Proven experience in leading and defining data analytics strategies within a specific functional area or business unit
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and implement data-driven strategies and solutions that support the company’s goals
Proven proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation

Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and grow a high-performing team of data analysts
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization
Develop and execute the data analytics roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader data strategy and business goals
Proactively engage with business leaders across various functional areas to identify critical business challenges and opportunities for data leverage
Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on data and analytics
Present data-driven recommendations and strategic insights to stakeholders, influencing decision-making at different levels of the organization
Identify and evaluate emerging data trends and technologies, recommending their adoption where appropriate.
