About The Position

Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities related to process flow of prioritization, design, technical development, and implementation of reporting and analytics. Technical coach for assigned resources, demand manager for analytics requests, delivery lead for active projects, and contributor to advancement of analytical capabilities. Manage project tasks and provide support to Business Analysts in estimation, risk management and issue resolution. Work with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document requirements, understand business priorities, and identify initiatives, to enable effective and timely operational dashboards and analytic solutions. Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models. Perform reviews and analyses of processes using metrics and reports. Lead technical user training, super user support, project and department change management activities. Evaluate and analyze source system configurations to design requirements for ETL development, data integration and business/data logic rules. Define and develop technical requirement to deliver technical solutions using SQL, Snowflake Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence and Business Objects. Perform Joint Application development to provide clarification and knowledge. Define test strategies, plans, and cases, and analyze bugs with engineering team. Support SIT and UAT Phases related to data validation. Maintain technical documentation, traceability, and configurations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study and 10 years of progressive experience in Data Analytics.
  • 3 years of experience with data analytics management.
  • Data analytics, including prototyping and impact analysis leveraging SQL and DML tools.
  • Supervisory duties in data analytics, SQL, coding, Power BI or Tableau data visualization building.
  • End-to-end experience in data warehousing.
  • Agile delivery including scrum masters and product owner responsibilities.
  • Creating business values through analytics solutions, document functional requirements and data conversions requirements.
