About The Position

Reporting to the Technology & Applications Manager, the Systems & Integration Analyst will work within the Technology team to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across Salesforce, Power Platform and related systems, with the goal of supporting RISE's operational programs. This role takes ownership of system integrations, automation frameworks, and the underlying architecture that supports operational and analytical needs. The analyst partners with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement scalable solutions, and ensure systems perform reliably. While each RISE employee is assigned to a specific team, we operate within a collaborative shared services model that encourages cross-departmental support. Some employees contribute to multiple teams, allowing us to leverage resources more efficiently. This structure enables our staff to focus on delivering high-impact programs that advance our mission, ensuring every resource is used strategically to drive meaningful change.

Requirements

  • Technology and Systems: Familiarity SQL skills; Expertise in Salesforce; Proficiency in Power Platforms; Familiarity in Jotform administration and integration; Ability to design and build integrations to applications as needed; Familiarity with cloud ETL solutions, Matillion preferred; Familiarity with cloud data warehouse solutions, Snowflake preferred.
  • General Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Suite; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to translate business stakeholder needs into technical, automated solutions; Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; Attention to detail and understanding of how applications and workflows relate to larger initiatives; Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously; Self-motivation and advanced problem-solving skills; Ability to adapt to changing priorities.

  • 1-3 years’ experience working with teams to translate business needs to technical solutions
  • 1-3 years' Salesforce experience including automations, workflows and custom objects
  • 1-3 years’ Power Platform experience

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Analysis & Administration: Creates, configures, and optimizes Salesforce objects, metadata, automation logic, and access models; Builds scalable solutions using flows, validation rules, platform automation, and API-driven integrations; Provides support for complex system issues and root-cause analysis.
  • Systems Integration Analysis: Collaborates on design, implements, and maintains integrations between Salesforce, data systems, and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and custom connectors; Builds reusable frameworks for data movement, system orchestration, and event-driven processes; Creates and collaborates on Power Automate flows, custom connectors, and automation logic to streamline business processes.
  • Solution Analysis: Participates in and/or leads technical discovery workshops to understand business processes and translate them into architectural designs; Designs automation solutions that meet enterprise availability, scalability, and maintainability requirements; Collaborates on broader automation strategy and governance within the organization.
