We're looking for a skilled Facilities & Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on critical facility systems, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and support incident response. You'll play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and reliably, while also contributing ideas and solutions to improve processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in facility, infrastructure, or related maintenance work
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with critical systems
  • Experience coordinating with vendors and supporting incidents
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor others

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on critical facility components and systems
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and inspect building systems, including plumbing, fire suppression, and life-safety equipment
  • Monitor the Building Monitoring System (BMS), respond to alarms, and recommend solutions
  • Support energy efficiency initiatives and infrastructure projects
  • Assist team members in coordinating maintenance and operations
  • Coordinate and oversee vendors performing maintenance activities
  • Assist with creating and submitting scripts for scheduled maintenance
  • Ensure vendor work is properly reviewed, documented, and meets safety/quality standards
  • Update technical files for equipment and systems as needed
  • Maintain site logs and support permits (MOPs, scripts, etc.)
  • Identify risks such as Single Points of Failure (SPOFs) and recommend solutions
  • Respond to on-site incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and support recovery efforts
  • Ensure processes and procedures are followed consistently
  • Complete skilled work requests, circuit installations, and troubleshooting
  • Perform system upgrades, replacements, and life cycle maintenance projects
  • Support office and auxiliary equipment troubleshooting as needed
  • Contribute to planning and executing infrastructure projects
  • Work closely with peers to resolve complex facility issues
  • Mentor junior team members on maintenance tasks
  • Communicate inventory needs and help maintain critical spare parts
  • Share expertise to continuously improve team operations
