About This Role: Data Center OTD Protection & Supply Continuity - Ensure 100% OTD to data center and critical customers by preventing, mitigating, and rapidly resolving material shortages. The Data Center Delivery Assurance Specialist ensures uninterrupted material availability to support production and Engineering‑to‑Order (ETO) programs. The role drives delivery assurance, supplier performance, and risk mitigation by managing CTB, supplier capacity, purchase orders, and master data accuracy. It provides proactive alignment between manufacturing sites and suppliers, manually manages ETO requirements, and resolves supply risks to protect supply continuity and achieve 100% On‑Time Delivery (OTD) for critical customer programs. Job Description: Drive delivery assurance across all critical suppliers through daily/weekly follow‑ups, escalations, recovery planning, and supplier engagement Partner with suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance, including lead-time adherence, OTD, recovery actions, and service levels Perform risk recovery activities for materials at risk, including expedites, reschedules, and on-site supplier support when needed. ETO Requirements & Vendor Alignment Calculate and consolidate Data Center ETO material and carrier requirements based on engineering releases, planned demand, and vendor capabilities Develop and maintain manufacturing plans by vendor, ensuring clear and accurate communication of future demand to suppliers Partner with vendors proactively to deliver accurate signals enabling timely material readiness. Manually create requirements for temporary BOMs and non-standard material structures used in ETO programs Support pre-buy strategies by evaluating risk windows, forecast needs, and supplier lead-time exposure Supplier Capacity & Procurement Collaboration Work closely with the Procurement team to assess, validate, and manage supplier capacity, identifying constraints early and driving corrective actions Support long-term planning by communicating accurate demand signals and aligning capacity with projected ETO and production needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years in Materials Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Planning, or Delivery Assurance roles

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, supplier capacity planning, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience working with ETO environments, complex BOMs, or high-mix/low-volume operations is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, supplier engagement, and problem‑solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and Excel
