Data Center Licensed Security Site Operations Manager "The best way to predict your future is to create it with a new job opportunity" Phoenix Area Monday thru Friday 0700-1500 open availability required The Security Site Operations Manager is responsible for the daily supervision of the Data Centre Security Team. They will oversee security personnel, ensuring the site is properly staffed and officers are trained and motivated. The Manager monitors and reports on the completion of assigned security activities each day. The Manager will also work closely with the client contact to achieve goals and objectives set forth by Marksman Security and the association. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years as Security Supervision
  • Must Have prior Data Center background
  • Must have prior Scheduling and Payroll
  • Fluency in English
  • Be drug free and submit to a pre-employment drug test. We are a Drug-Free Workplace
  • Valid AZ Security License required
  • Valid AZ Driver’s License required
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years in Security
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience as an assistant security operations manager or supervisor with a contract security company or a proprietary security organization performing daily supervision of a Data Centre Security Team including high-end properties and/or commercial sites
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attentive to detail
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms and provides general assistance to both employees and guests and vendors.
  • Maintains various records of communications and events
  • Use multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence
  • Escalate (without delay) complaints and unusual/critical event information to the Client
  • Accurately maintains control of all equipment and keys in the SOC. Verifies that accurate logs of all equipment and keys have been signed out and returned by Security or other parties
  • Informs (without delay) the Client of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems
  • Proactively monitors all surveillance cameras and CCTV remote viewer programs. Verifies and monitors that all officers responds to all security and safety system alarms
  • Answers and responds to events and situations received over regular and emergency phones and intercoms. Controls and monitors the two-way communication systems
  • Must have prior scheduling and payroll background with security software programs
  • The Manager is responsible for using best practices to identify, analyze, and support all incidents that are either impactful or potentially impactful to business, the brand and or employees
  • The Manager will monitor cameras and alarms, dispatch associated calls via telephone and radio, operate access control technology, and provide general assistance to both employees and guests
