About The Position

The Data Center Operations Manager serves as an advisor and operational partner to the Head, Data Center Segment, acting as a force multiplier to enhance leadership effectiveness. This role bridges strategy and execution, ensuring alignment across sales teams and supporting the data center team in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Communication & Influence – Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Project Management – Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Ability to foster trust and alignment across diverse teams.
  • Technological Savvy – Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or executive support roles.
  • Proven track record of supporting senior leadership in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head, Data Center Segment to define and cascade sales strategies and objectives.
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable initiatives across regions and teams.
  • Monitor progress on strategic priorities using KPIs and dashboards
  • Oversee daily operations of the Head, Data Center Segment’s office, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Manage meeting cadence, agendas, and follow-ups for leadership and board sessions.
  • Drive special projects that span multiple sales functions or regions
  • Support execution of go-to-market strategies and sales enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, and Finance to optimize processes and resource allocation.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the Head, Data Center Segment.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a liaison between the Head, Data Center Segment and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives such as organizational restructuring, new product launches, or sales transformation programs.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for strategic projects.
  • Facilitate change management and maintain team engagement during transitions.
