Responsibilities

  • Hardware installation & configuration of enterprise servers and cabling infrastructure.
  • Rack installation including racking of components, putting racks in place, cabling, power up and handoff of servers to internal provisioning teams.
  • Rack deinstallation including power off, removal of cabling, removal of rack components.
  • Hardware Break/Fix replacement of FRUs
  • Troubleshooting and resolve Telco Connectivity issues
  • Troubleshoot & Replace Network Switch equipment
  • Communicate within a ticketing environment that is used and supervised by multiple internal Oracle Cloud service owners and teams.
  • Documentation of activities and build/modify SOPs
  • Structured cabling, labeling, and troubleshooting of fiber/copper/telecom cables.
  • Execute small projects and work with manager in planning and executing larger local projects.
