About The Position

Our team is growing to support several data centers in Goodyear and El Mirage that are either scaling up or launching operations and require additional personnel. Break/Fix Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on data center servers. Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep equipment running at peak performance. Document and track all service requests and resolutions within the ticketing system. Maintain high accuracy across inventory management, trouble tickets, asset tagging, wiring documentation, and related tasks. Deployment Install and configure servers, networking gear, and other data center hardware. Handle physical setup and cabling of new equipment following deployment plans. Conduct post‑installation quality checks to ensure staging, labeling, and cabling meet safety guidelines, deployment standards, and network design requirements. Decommission hardware for lifecycle refreshes and simple changes. Work collaboratively with technicians and engineers to troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues. Logistics Maintain organized storage areas to streamline equipment retrieval and deployment. Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries, including PO receiving and rack movement activities. Arrange transportation of hardware between data center locations. Track and document equipment movement using inventory management tools. Assist with proper disposal of outdated or decommissioned equipment. RNG (Regional Network Gateway) Support Support installation and configuration of regional network gateways and associated hardware. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to maintain reliable operations. Perform routine maintenance and updates on gateway equipment.

Requirements

  • Expected work sites: PHX80/81 (El Mirage) PHX29 (El Mirage) PHX27/28 (Goodyear) PHX60/65 (Goodyear) PHX64 (Goodyear)
  • This contract begins as a 6‑month engagement with potential for extension.
  • The team will be divided between alternating A/B day shifts: A‑Side Days: Sun–Tue & every other Wed (6 AM – 6 PM) B‑Side Days: Thu–Sat & every other Wed (6 AM – 6 PM)
  • Intermediate Experience Level
