About The Position

We are looking for a full-time , permanent Data Center Technician (all genders) to start as soon as possible in our data center located in St. Louis, MO . We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable  Data Center Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll take care of day-to-day tasks in the data center — mostly on your own, so being independent and proactive is a big plus. Your daily work will include racking and stacking servers, applying configuration templates to switches and other devices, and handling troubleshooting or break-fix tasks for all types of servers we use. You’ll also work with our internal tools (like our CMS and ticketing system) and occasionally update basic spreadsheets in Excel. You should have experience with general PC hardware and feel comfortable using basic electronics tools like screwdrivers and wire clippers. From time to time, lifting and moving heavier equipment is part of the job — so a bit of physical work is to be expected. Requirements

  • A High school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Solid knowledge of PC hardware and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable and motivated, with flexibility to work occasional weekends
  • Quick thinking and a willingness to learn and take responsibility
  • Clear, professional communication in English and a team-oriented attitude
