About The Position

Manages the DCRM Intake phase for a set of Businesses/Functions and engages with senior leaders to drive process improvements Support senior management strategic vision Trains new team members

Requirements

6-10 years experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs and improving operational efficiency; Banking or Finance industry preferred
Experience with defining and implementing data quality programs
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders
Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions
