  • Strong experience with healthcare datasets, including EHR, clinical, and claims data, and familiarity with HL7/FHIR interoperability standards.
  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, ELT pipelines, and modern data engineering tools (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Python).
  • Operational excellence mindset, integrating SLOs/SLAs, incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventive improvements.
  • Proven ability to accelerate client data onboarding through automation, standardization, and repeatable integration patterns.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to contribute hands-on to unblock the team when necessary.

  • Oversee client data pipelines and integrations using modern tools (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, AWS, Python) to ensure operational reliability and resilience.
  • Establish and enforce SLOs/SLAs, monitor critical paths, and drive incident reduction through proactive monitoring, alerting, and post-incident reviews.
  • Implement data quality frameworks including schema validation, nullability, referential integrity, reconciliation, and lineage observability.
  • Drive automation, reusable patterns, and runbooks to accelerate client onboarding and integration delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize roadmaps, deliver measurable outcomes, and manage trade-offs effectively.
  • Manage high-volume client integration requests, triage and prioritize tickets, and communicate resolution timelines.
  • Own operational rhythms including ticket review, resource allocation, escalation management, and stakeholder updates.
  • Track and report on operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve team performance and client outcomes.
