About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated, organized Data Entry Clerk with either programming experience or a strong understanding of logical concepts to help us transfer large volumes of information into a new database. You must be detail-oriented and review data for errors before inputting it into our system. We expect you to work efficiently and transfer data as quickly and accurately as possible.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fast and accurate typing (high WPM)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and MS Word.
- Previous administrative or data entry experience.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Data Input: Transfer data from digital files in database systems.
- Verification: Compare data with source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict security measures to protect sensitive information.
