Your role on our team: The Temporary Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining digital records, databases, and spreadsheets from various sources. Key duties include transcribing information, verifying data integrity, and organizing files to ensure records are complete, accurate, and secure.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent, required. Additional higher education in business administration, a plus.
  • 3-5 years previous relatable administrative data entry experience.
  • Exceptional keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to spot errors and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information securely.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn.
  • Must be self-sufficient with a proven ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Inputting data, transferring information into electronic systems.
  • Accuracy Verification: Reviews data for errors, correcting mistakes, and auditing information for completeness.
  • File Management: Updating data, deleting unnecessary information, and creating secure up to date records.
  • Adheres to established company values, practices, policies and procedures at all times. Follows and supports compliance with all applicable safety rules, laws, regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrates regular and punctual attendance at the assigned work location.
  • Ad hoc reporting on progress as requested.
  • Other tasks assigned or required by management.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
