We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our company databases and systems. This position plays a critical role in ensuring data integrity and supporting our internal teams with reliable information.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in various systems and databases with high accuracy
- Verify and correct data where necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Respond to internal information requests and assist with reporting tasks
- Perform regular data backups and file management
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
