About The Position

The Shella Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors, children, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Through strategic grants, community partnerships, and fundraising initiatives, we empower individuals to live independently in their homes. Our work also inspires families to advocate for accessible, high-quality care and supportive services, ensuring that those in need receive the respect and assistance they deserve. We are looking for a motivated Remote Data Entry Intern to assist with entering and updating information in our systems. This role involves simple, repetitive tasks and provides hands-on experience while working remotely. Training and guidance will be provided throughout the internship.

Requirements

  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
  • No prior experience required

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately into company databases
  • Review and correct data for errors or missing information
  • Update existing records as needed
  • Organize and maintain digital files
  • Follow data entry instructions and guidelines
