About The Position

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Entry Representative to join our Cash Operations and Data Entry team here at Domestic & General. This role will be responsible for Scanning, opening and correcting Product Registration cards that are received from our clients such and Electrolux. This role will also cross train to help with Cash clerical tasks and provide a sufficient service to all our stakeholders. Requirements

  • Good knowledge of general computer functions, Microsoft Excel, outlook, teams and time tracking software.
  • High attention to detail to be to sort and correct Product Registration Cards daily and meet all efficiency goals set in place to ensure SLA is met.
  • Sufficient organisational skills to be able to provide maintenance of our tabletop.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Solid communication skills and capable of working within multiple teams and also independently when required.
  • Being curious to learn and provide a sufficient service to all our stakeholders including our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Daily scanning, opening and manual correction of Product Registration cards.
  • Using and maintaining tabletop scanners
  • Meeting goals set for client service level agreements
  • Maintaining email and Teams messages
  • Precise tracking of billable hours
  • Maintaining safe and clean working environment
  • Cross training with Cash Ops to assist with Clerical tasks
  • Entering large sets of data
