Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Data Governance Practitioner to join our team and support our client in the Columbia, MD area.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience securing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and other cloud technologies
- 3 years of experience with cloud security tools and methodologies
- Experience with Agile development processes and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles
- Familiarity with security policy management and risk assessment frameworks
- Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework Processes
- Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to cyber security, IT operations, and CNO software development or security research
- Ability to communicate security solutions and policy with development/engineering team as well as client leadership
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- DOD 8570 Information Assurance (IAM) Level I, (IAT) level II Certification or higher
Responsibilities
- Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage
- Drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance
- Navigate complex cloud ecosystems and apply best practices for securing data in AWS, Azure, and other cloud technologies
