About The Position

As a Data Implementation Analyst, you will play a critical role on the Norton LifeLock Benefit Solutions team, a growing channel within Gen™. This position focuses on partnering with benefit enrollment platforms to ensure employee enrollment data is accurately transmitted, validated, and processed within our benefit systems. This role offers a unique blend of client partnership, data quality analysis, and operational execution. You will serve as a front-line resource for external partners, review and troubleshoot enrollment data, and support testing efforts by validating workflows and outcomes within existing technical systems. Success in this role is driven by strong analytical skills, close attention to detail, and effective coordination across teams. Important note: This is an operational and analytical role and does not include responsibilities related to software development, coding, engineering, or system design. Candidates with backgrounds or interests primarily focused on engineering or development work may find this role is not the right fit.

  • High comfort level using Microsoft Excel to review, validate, and troubleshoot large enrollment data files

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal teams and external benefit enrollment platforms throughout the implementation lifecycle to ensure timelines, requirements, and ongoing needs are clearly understood and met
  • Manage multiple concurrent employer implementations, onboarding employee enrollments through various enrollment platforms and established data feeds
  • Perform thorough quality reviews of enrollment data to confirm accuracy, completeness, and adherence to documented requirements
  • Investigate and resolve enrollment, billing, and operational issues by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and coordinating with appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation using internal tracking and reporting systems
  • Support ongoing maintenance of an existing client base, including daily file reviews, monthly error auditing, remediation activities, and recurring reporting needs
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, carriers, sales teams, and internal partners with clear, concise communication
  • Participate in testing and validation activities related to system enhancements by confirming expected outcomes and data behavior
  • Protect the security and confidentiality of all client data by adhering to corporate security and data‑handling policies
