CW Advisors is seeking a Data Integration Analyst to support the firm’s private investment operations and research.

Requirements

Salesforce Proficiency: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or data operations, with a strong focus on data hygiene and bulk updates.
M&A Data Integration: Proven experience (1–3 years) managing data migration or systems integration projects, specifically mapping disparate datasets into a unified CRM schema.
Expert Excel Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas to validate and scrub data before system ingestion.
Data Normalization: Demonstrated ability to clean, deduplicate, and normalize high volumes of "messy" data from external sources.
High-Volume Execution: Capacity to handle multiple, overlapping projects, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail under tight deadlines.
Independent Project Management: Ability to drive integration tasks to completion with minimal oversight once initial mapping rules are established.

Nice To Haves

Black Diamond Knowledge: Previous experience with householding, account merging, or performance reporting in Black Diamond is a strong plus.
DemandTools Experience: Familiarity with DemandTools for advanced deduplication and data maintenance is highly desirable.
Financial Services Context: Prior experience working in an RIA, PE firm, or investment advisory environment is preferred.
