Program Components: • Impactful assignments that drive business results • Networking sessions and leadership speakers series • Volunteer and team building experiences Make an impact as a Data Management Intern: The Sales Excellence team empowers Mastercard’s global sales organization by providing the tools, training, insights, and communications they need to succeed. We leverage varying platforms—including Salesforce, Microsoft Copilot, analytics tools, content management systems, and other AI‑powered sales technologies—to streamline workflows, enhance seller productivity, and drive operational excellence. The Data Management Intern will play a hands-on role in advancing the adoption and effectiveness of the tools and technologies used globally by Mastercard’s sales organization. You will assist with technology implementation, data analysis, AI agent development, training and enablement, and sales application support—gaining real-world experience at the intersection of sales operations, data, and AI-driven productivity tools.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating Dec 2026 or beyond
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Business Management preferred
  • Strong communication skills, balancing detail orientation with concise summaries
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with analytics tools (Power BI) is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and AI tools is a plus
