About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY The primary purpose of the Data Operations Trainer is to create, deliver, and keep up to date a training development plan complete with materials, video and written tutorials, instructions, guides and other learning resources for the following departments: Data Entry, PTCS, Community Advocates and all other Data Entry positions.

Requirements

  • Pharmacy Technician License and Certification as per State requirements.
  • Data entry experience; minimum three years.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including ability to effectively communicate, develop and assist team members.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology.
  • General knowledge of formulary management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of FrameworkLTC and document imaging software.
  • General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to alternate pharmacy locations as required by business needs.

Nice To Haves

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED), college degree preferred.
  • Managerial experience required; minimum one year, three years preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review Re-Do totals for All pharmacies. Identify trends and opportunity for training.
  • Communicate effectively with Data Entry Managers and Leads regarding training, retraining, and areas of performance improvement.
  • Conduct annual competency assessments.
  • Work with management to develop and implement, and maintain policies and procedures, department goals, including re-do and productivity goals.
  • Assist in development of programs and process improvement to enhance the level of internal and external customer service provided while developing efficiencies.
  • Schedule and conduct training as they are needed, requested, and identified.
  • Maintains records for training programs, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
  • Any and all duties as assigned.
