About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Product Manager to support our Auto Originations business. In this role, you will help advance our data strategy, strengthen data quality and governance practices, and lead a team focused on delivering high‑quality, well‑controlled data that supports business objectives and regulatory expectations. In this role, you will: Lead the development and execution of the data product roadmap for Auto Originations, aligned to enterprise data standards and strategic priorities. Drive data quality, metadata, and data governance initiatives that enhance accuracy, transparency, and trust in key data assets. Oversee end‑to-end remediation activities, ensuring disciplined execution, timely issue resolution, and strong risk‑mitigation outcomes. Partner with business, technology, and risk leaders to deliver a consistent, collaborative approach to data‑related challenges and opportunities. Serve as the primary escalation point for data governance and data quality matters. Provide leadership, coaching, and development for a team of data professionals. Manage resources, priorities, and deliverables to meet business and regulatory commitments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Data Management, Business Research, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

  • Preferred hands-on experience with data governance and analytics tools, including: Data Governance/Metadata: Collibra, Informatica Axon/EDC, Alation Data Quality: Informatica DQ, cloud‑based quality tools Data Platforms: Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Snowflake Analytics & Visualization: SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI Agile/Product Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Productboard
