DESCRIPTION: The Strategy, Performance, and Projects Office of the State Court Administrator’s Office is seeking a Data Quality Monitor for the Court Research Office unit. The Court Research Office collects, analyzes, interprets, and shares data to guide strategic decision-making, ensure the integrity of electronic court records, and support the mission and vision of the Minnesota Judicial Branch. This professional position is responsible for supporting statewide data quality efforts by monitoring and correcting data quality issues, identifying trends, and conducting outreach to local court administration. The position is full-time, temporary with an end date of June 30, 2027. The position will be reviewed for permanent status in FY27. DUTIES: The following are the primary duties expected for this position: Perform data quality and document security reviews Review customized data quality adjustment reports and correct statewide errors across all case types Monitor, review, and correct statewide errors on daily document security reports Use advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise to answer questions for local courts, provide training, and address complex or unique case process situations Identify trends and data quality issues for further investigation QUALIFICATIONS: Below are the past experiences that will enable success in the role. For education requirements listed, the equivalent number of years of related experience may serve as a substitute. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; AND Two years of experience as a Court Operations Associate OR Two years of experience performing administrative or clerical data entry work in combination with providing customer service Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of MNCIS, including experience working in all case types Working knowledge of eFS, including experience accepting documents and assigning document security classifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of electronic case management systems or related applications Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume work environment with excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities based on day-to-day demands Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Ability to identify trends and problems in daily work and recommend improvements Ability to collaborate and work cohesively with a team Salary: The expected starting salary range for candidates is $27.27 - $34.08 per hour ($56,940 - $ 71,159 annually). The full salary range for this position is $27.27 - $40.89 per hour ($56,940 - $85,378 annually). This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for State of MN employee benefits. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION: Position Logistics This temporary position is classified as a Court Operations Specialist. Work will be performed typically during regular business hours, Monday-Friday and work is conducted in a hybrid or remote setting. Temporary, through June 30, 2027, with a review to be moved to permanent status before position end date. The position is eligible for mobility assignment for internal candidates.
