Our Controls department is looking for a Data Analytics Intern at our facility located in Avon, CT.    Job Summary The selected candidates will work under the guidance of senior engineers and project leaders, in their designated departments, on various projects for specialty optical fiber manufacturing.    Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing data: Gather test and process data from SQL databases, including both time‑series data and relational data, perform data cleaning, validation, and preparation for analysis. Develop data visualizations and dashboards: Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize manufacturing performance, trends, and key metrics derived from time‑based and relational datasets. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams: Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to understand data requirements, translate business needs into analytics solutions, and communicate insights effectively.
