About The Position

Position Summary: The Data Support Coordinator collects, organizes, and maintains data, ensuring its accuracy, and supporting its use by other departments through reports and system assistance. Key responsibilities include data entry, quality control, providing technical assistance, and cross-company collaboration to facilitate data consistency and operational needs met. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical skills in data management and the ability to communicate data needs effectively to various stakeholders. At this time, candidates who would work in the following states will not be considered for this role: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, HI, IL, MA, ME, MI, MD, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, and WA.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate about delivering superior customer service
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment
  • Familiarity with data sourcing, data cleansing, and data prep concepts desired
  • Experience supporting SaaS product offerings, ideally in marketplace, pricing, or e-commerce desired
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • No prior experience required.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize data from various sources, perform data entry, and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Implement and maintain data quality control processes, conduct validation checks, and resolve data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to colleagues and other departments in using data systems and tools.
  • Work with other team members, departments, and external agencies as needed to ensure data consistency and meet data needs.
