From coordinating the Trauma Registry and mastering data abstraction to collaborating with Trauma Program leadership, Process Improvement teams, and the Trauma Medical Director, you’re at the center of a fast‑paced, mission‑critical program. You’ll keep systems running smoothly, ensure compliance with state and national guidelines, fuel research, support accreditation, and maintain certifications through the Trauma Society’s Registrar Board. Please note the following important details regarding this position: This position is a hybrid role based out of Lubbock Texas. Applicants must currently live within a 65-mile radius of Lubbock, Texas. Work schedules are defined by manager and departmental needs. Work Status Available: Full Time Shifts Available: Day Shifts Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM

Requirements

  • HS Diploma -OR- GED Equivalency
  • 2 or more years of experience with data mining or data analyst projects or working medical professional with experience in related area

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in a related field of study (I.E. Data Analysis, Mathematics, etc.) -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Associate's Degree in a related field of study (I.E. LVN, EMT-P)
