About The Position

We are seeking a mature, experienced, and polished professional to join our team as a Janitorial Day Porter in High Point. This isn't just a cleaning role; it is a front-facing position that requires a high level of customer service and a positive, "can-do" attitude. The ideal candidate understands that they are the face of the facility during business hours and takes pride in maintaining a pristine environment while interacting graciously with staff and visitors.

Requirements

Previous experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services is required.
A "polished" appearance and demeanor suitable for a professional corporate or public environment.
You must be comfortable interacting with the public and maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude at all times.
Since this is a standalone daytime shift, being on time every day is critical to the operation of the facility.
Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift and perform manual cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, lobbies, and restrooms throughout the day.
Monitor high-traffic zones to ensure floors and surfaces remain debris-free.
Respond promptly to immediate cleaning needs or spills.
Restock paper products and soap dispensers as needed.
Provide a welcoming presence, delivering service with a smile and assisting visitors with basic directions or inquiries when necessary.
