What You’ll Do As an Inventory Support Clerk (Profiler), you’ll be part of our Distribution Center team located in Jackson, TN. You’ll get to: Be responsible for monitoring capacity throughout the entire distribution center Coordinate workflow and resolve operational challenges. Help drive slotting projects and profiling initiatives, supporting continuous improvement throughout the distribution center. Design and implement proper layout and setup of storage zones, considering business unit needs and inventory turnover rates. Analyze and slot pickface locations based on product volume, weight, size, and business unit requirements to ensure optimal layout and workflow. Conduct regular audits of storage locations and pickfaces to verify accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement. Operate material handling equipment safely to move products to designated storage or pickface locations. Be responsible for ensuring that all hazardous material is properly stored Communicate changes, factoring in safety and quality as top priorities. Collaborate efforts centered on promos, and sku rationale. Assist with Inventory Control functions and duties as needed to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies in location setups. Support inventory control functions, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and root cause analysis of inventory issues. Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail when handling, slotting, and sequencing inventory. Respond efficiently to changing priorities and business needs, adapting workflows as required. You also have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required Warehouse/Distribution Center experience preferred Must be able to operate PIV Must have good analytical, problem solving and math skills Candidate should possess excellent comprehension, communication, planning & organizational skills. Strong computer skills consisting of experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel Familiarity with WMS Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Must have strong interpersonal skills centered on ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and environments. Requirements
