Under the direction of the Warehouse General Manager, the Wwarehouse Associate plays a key role in efficiently loading and unloading merchandise while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This role requires operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, stock pickers, and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
1-3 years of warehouse experience (factory/plant experience is a plus).
Ability to pass forklift and equipment certification.
Familiarity with AS400 or similar inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality as scheduled.
Provide outstanding customer service during customer pick-ups, ensuring order accuracy and assisting with loading merchandise.
Receive, sort, and store stock efficiently to optimize space and organization.
Pick and prepare orders with precision to meet shipping deadlines.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, stock pickers, pallet jacks, etc.) while adhering to safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
properly handle chemicals following company and DOT safety procedures.
Communicate customer concerns and requests to management in a timely manner.
