About The Position

MileOne is now hiring a Deal Administrator in our Towson location. The Deal Administrator will act as a liaison between the Sales/Finance department and the Accounting department to assist with deal flow and ensure quality processing of deal packages and reports that will be sent to the Accounting department. Requirements

  • Two plus years detail-oriented administrative experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Basic MS Office knowledge including Excel; internet proficient and has general mathematic skills

Responsibilities

  • Log each deal folder as received in accounting
  • Using a checklist, verify all paperwork in the vehicle deal folder is correct and properly signed by the buyer andthe dealership
  • Verify vehicle information is correct for purchase and trade vehicles
  • Verify all numbers are correct and match the deal structure on the paperwork
  • Verify all down payment money is accounted for and receipts are in the deal folder, including the 8300 form for cash payments for $10,000 or more
  • Verify all compliance forms are correct and signed by the customer and the dealership
