Requirements
- Customer-facing customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly, helpful attitude
- Flexible schedule to cover dealership hours, including weekend Saturdays
- Exemplary punctuality and attendance
- Successful completion of pre-employment background/MVR and drug screening (if a chosen candidate)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Exemplary attention as a driver in very close quarters
- “What can I do for you today” attitude
- Highly coachable personality
- Organization, independence, resourcefulness, patience and diligence
Responsibilities
- Keep service drive clear
- Maintain customer parking in Kia service lot
- Seat cover, floor mat and alignment check on every incoming vehicle
- Park incoming vehicles in lot
- Pull scheduled waiting vehicles into shop (wash first if there is no space available in shop)
- Wash finished vehicles for technicians
- Vacuum finished vehicles
- Shuttle customers as needed
- Maintain customer lounge for cleanliness and full inventory (coffee, drinks, snacks, etc.)
- Maintain clean trash receptacles
- Maintain floors in service drive and shop for cleanliness
- Plus other task as requested
