Requirements

Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-end deals confidently
Ability to perform cold calling effectively while maintaining professional phone etiquette
High energy level with a proactive approach to building relationships and expanding the customer base
Proficiency with CRM software
Familiarity with dealership operations

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and nurturing ongoing relationships
Conduct detailed vehicle presentations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer’s needs
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively
Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing concerns promptly, and always maintaining a professional demeanor
Collaborate with sales management and support teams to achieve individual and dealership sales targets
