About The Position

The Texarkana Arkansas School District is accepting applications for an instructional facilitator/magnet coordinator for the 2026-2027 school year effective immediately at Arkansas Middle School. QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass a national criminal background check and a background check through the Arkansas Child Maltreatment Central registry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid Arkansas Teaching License Required
• Three or more years of successful teaching experience.
• Deep commitment to TASD's mission, vision, and colletive commitments.
• Strong understanding of adolescent development and behavior
• Ability to build relationships and de-escalate conflict effectively.
• Skilled in using data to inform decisions and drive improvement.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to equity, consistency, and student success.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred
• Administrator licensure or progress toward certification preferred.
• Experience with PBIS, restorative practices, or MTSS preferred.
• Demonstrated success working with diverse student populations.
