About The Position

The Decision Support Analyst supports organizational decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role partners with physician leadership, finance, IT, operations, and end users to deliver insights that improve performance, patient access, and service quality. The position requires strong experience with Tableau and Power BI, solid analytical skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable information. Work is performed independently and collaboratively on moderately complex initiatives and small projects. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree desirable.
  • 2–4 years of experience in decision support, business intelligence, or data analysis.
  • Hands-on Tableau and Power BI experience required.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
  • Basic project facilitation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
  • SQL and data visualization experience preferred.
  • Experience with EMR and/or RIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Analyze clinical, financial, and operational data to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Track performance metrics and identify trends across the organization.
  • Apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools for forecasting and insight generation.
  • Maintain and optimize databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and support process improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate small projects and work groups, including scope definition and progress tracking.
  • Provide timely, accurate data and clear reporting to stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
