Requirements

Responsibilities

Pushes out trees of bacon according to average and lot number to designated Bacon Roller.
Removes belly from tree aside to table.
Removes combs from bellies and sets aside combs neatly onto rod of comb truck.
Positions empty flats, stacks bellies in rows and prescribed asides flats.
Asides empty trees to smokehouse alley .
Cleans coolers and trims bellies as .
Keeps Bacon Rollers supplied with proper sized bacon and correctly and efficiently decombs and stacks bellies.
Provides appropriate scaling , record keeping and inventory rotation.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader and Supervisor.
