About The Position

We are partnering with a prestigious AM Law firm seeking a Senior Defense Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience to join their growing litigation team. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling complex defense litigation and managing cases from initial pleadings through trial while working directly with sophisticated institutional clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of defense litigation experience
• Background in health law, premises liability defense, or employment litigation
• Strong motion practice and deposition experience
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

Nice To Haves

• Trial or significant hearing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Defend hospitals, healthcare systems, employers, and institutional clients
• Manage cases from inception through trial or resolution
• Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and oversee discovery
• Collaborate with partners to develop litigation strategy
• Handle complex legal issues and communicate effectively with clients

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $285,000 – $440,000, including performance bonuses
