Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at Aberdeen Proving Ground located in Aberdeen, MD. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a small deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working and managing a team in a retail deli / bakery operation
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Successful customer service skills
• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years

Nice To Haves

• Experience in gorcery stores, deli, bakery operations prefer
