Sodexo Government is seeking a Deli/Bakery Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) in Fort Myer, VA. The Deli/Bakery Manager will be managing the operations of a large deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working and managing a team in a retail deli / bakery operation
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Successful customer service skills
• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum
• Management Experience - 3 yearsMinimum
• Functional Experience - 3 years

• Experience in gorcery stores, deli, bakery operations prefer
