As a Delivery Dispatcher, you will be the person our customers rely on to get assistance when they need it! You will prepare records and distribute delivery tickets to Delivery Drivers in response to customer requests using our scheduling and mapping technology. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 -2 years prior dispatch experience preferred
Proven problem solving skills
Prior experience in a customer service setting a plus
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, MS Outlook and Web navigation
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities

Scheduling deliveries and providing instructions for Drivers according to urgency
Reviewing routes, monitoring and adjusting deliveries
Ensuring deliveries are dispatched & completed
Documenting all customer accounts encountered
Communicating with other Dispatchers, Drivers, Service Technicians, Managers, and other departments
