This full-time role offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing for evenings and weekends free. The position provides a competitive starting wage of $22 per hour, with opportunities for skill development and career advancement. Requirements

  • Have a valid MN driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Be at least 21 yrs old
  • Pass a DOT physical and non-DOT drug test (paid for by the Company)
  • Perform heavy physical demands, lifting 50lbs. frequently
  • Have demonstrated positive and professional customer facing experience
  • Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience safely operating a 26’ straight truck or similar transferable experience
  • 6 months experience working in a warehouse or similar type of industry safely moving and lifting heavy products using dollies and/or straps
  • Experience reading bills of lading and other delivery paperwork

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 26’ straight truck and comply with DOT and local laws.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the truck.
  • Unload and place appliances in customer homes and job sites with the help of a Delivery Assistant and straps.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records.
  • Perform minor appliance installation (opportunity to learn and perform more complex appliance installation).
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with customers during deliveries.
  • Assist in warehouse tasks as needed, including inventory management and organization.
