About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Princeton, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Excellent navigational skills, including the ability to read maps and locate addresses efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
Basic math skills, including the ability to handle cash transactions and make correct change
Proficiency in using computer systems, including keyboards and touch screens for order processing
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Resilience and adaptability to handle varying weather conditions and delivery challenges
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.

Nice To Haves

Basic knowledge of food safety practices (preferred)
Previous experience in delivery or customer service roles (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport orders to customers' locations
Navigate efficiently through designated delivery areas using maps and GPS technology
Load and unload delivery vehicles with care, ensuring proper handling of all products
Process customer orders, including receiving and verifying telephone orders
Handle cash transactions and make correct change when required
Maintain cleanliness of delivery vehicles and equipment
Assist with inventory management and associated paperwork
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety regulations
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Perform basic maintenance checks on delivery vehicles before and after shifts
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Maintian all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations.
You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
