About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated full time delivery driver to join our team at Trident Calibration Labs, an Accredited Labs company.
As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for transporting customer equipment safely and efficiently, while delivering top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience of driver or pick-up and delivery experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
• Proven ability to drive and navigate various weather conditions
• Capable of climbing stairs and sitting for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong attention to detail to ensure timely, safe, and accurate deliveries

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate the delivery vehicle to pick up and deliver goods between customer locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pickups, following designated routes.
• Transport equipment with care and adhere to traffic laws.
• Manage routing and delivery details.
• Load and unload packages
• Navigating various routes and weather conditions.
• Maintain clear communication with management and customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Consistently complete the route within expected timeframes.
• Accurately manage package deliveries and pickups to ensure operational integrity.
• Keep vehicle clean and organized, including routine vehicle maintenance (ie. tire pressure, oil checks, and weekly cleaning).
• Support with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed.
• Occasionally be the backup for the shipping and receiving position.
