Position Summary: This role is responsible for leading delivery efforts across complex technology and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration, and overseeing end-to-end execution. The position partners closely with stakeholders, manages project scope and timelines, and ensures adherence to enterprise standards while enabling effective integration across workstreams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead or Technical Project Manager
  • Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Previous experience in banking segment handling complex projects
  • Contribute to risk culture by holding self-accountable to managing risk
