About The Position

The Delivery Manager – Talent Services is responsible for ensuring high-quality, reliable delivery of Talent Services operations while driving projects and compliance initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. This role oversees planning, leading, and delivering small to mid-size projects (service enhancements, process changes, tool rollouts) from initiation through closure for global pre-boarding, talent & culture, and learning services. This role will support large scale pre-hire activities for global M&A projects, and the roll out of global background check vendors and services. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Oversee and support day-to-day operational activities, including incident, request, and problem management, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Evaluates and advises regional teams on service, quality and timeliness of objectives. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve service stability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Drives and coaches to Lean principles Plan, lead, and deliver small to mid-size projects (service enhancements, process changes, tool rollouts) from initiation through closure. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget. Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed to ensure successful outcomes. Maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and lessons learned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience). 3–7 years in merger and acquisition service delivery, project management, or operations roles. And strong knowledge of global background check vendors with an emphasis on global implementation. 2-3 years Project Management experience. Desired Characteristics: Strong experience managing onboarding and pre-hire experiences for M&A activities. Requirements
