The Delivery Specialist is tasked with assisting sales consultants with the delivery of new and used vehicles to customers and ensuring each customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty and paperwork. Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Strong computer skills

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience through a proficient and detailed demonstration of features, controls and benefits of vehicles including an overview of the owner’s manual, vehicle warranty and service guidelines.
Provide activation and support of Audi Connect and/or satellite radio and delivery requirements of the manufacturer.
Maintain a system of following up with guests utilizing their preferred method of communication to encourage repeat and referral business.
