About The Position

You will also serve as front-line support to customers and fellow associates in the dealership with complex technology questions or concerns. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.
  • Troubleshoot vehicle technology and system features.
  • Use iPad and supporting apps to record each customer interaction and to reference vehicle features and technology.
  • Provide frontline customer support for vehicle technology issues; understands customers concern and finds appropriate ways to resolve.
  • Provide resources and teaches customers how to easily self-access those resources.
  • Personalizes technology explanations by understanding the knowledge level and preferences of each Customer while delivering an exceptional experience in all customer interactions that meets or exceeds standards for the service department.
  • Follow up with customer to ensure understanding and anticipate additional technology needs.
  • Work effectively with various positions and departments that support the customer delivery process.
  • Partner with other Delivery Specialist to share information regarding common concerns after vehicle delivery.
  • Assist management or customers with product knowledge training as required.
  • Maintains professional appearance.
  • May assist with snow removal and helps arrange vehicles on show floor and lot as needed.
  • Master expert product knowledge on all vehicles; proactively seeks out information and master operations of features and controls of the vehicles.
  • Maintain a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations.
  • Utilize all resources and applications to assist in technology information support.
  • Attends all training and meetings as requested.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
