About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Previous experience in a delivery or courier role is preferred.
Ability to lift, carry, and manage items up to [weight] pounds.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport and deliver items to customers within designated time frames.
Ensure all deliveries are conducted according to company policies and safety regulations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle, and report any issues to management.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery updates and customer inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time of delivery, delivery address, and any customer feedback.
Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and ensure efficient delivery operations.
Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles when necessary.
