Delivery Transformation Program Lead - VP
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive enhancements of the TDM Organization within the TDM COO organization. The candidate will matrix-manage and drive deliverables of the WMT Delivery Transformation Program to execution. The candidate will work closely with the head of TDM and senior stakeholders across business and technology to steer teams towards successful outcomes. The position requires Knowledge of the Financial Services industry and COO responsibilities, as well as a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives in a high-paced and demanding environment. The candidate is expected to have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with experience in working with multiple teams and individuals. They should have the ability to influence & navigate across an organization without boundaries. The candidate should have experience with conflict management and embody negotiation skills. The candidate will be expected to accommodate multiple time zones, as teams are located in both North America and Asia.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Financial Services industry and COO responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Driving the strategy for the Delivery Transformation Program and identifying quarterly goals for its various pillars
- Partnering with stakeholders to define, align and prioritize portfolio level reporting
- Identifying and removing impediments and working with teams across the organization to track dependencies
- Facilitating forums with stakeholders to keep teams abreast of the WMT portfolio
- Tracking and monitoring financials to stay within program budgets
